Do you like cream puffs? I do. Cream puffs are French pastries
that have a light and airy texture. They are made from a dough
called pâte à choux, which is cooked on the stovetop and then
piped into small balls and baked in the oven. The puffs are then
filled with vanilla pastry cream, which is a thick and creamy
custard flavored with vanilla bean or extract. It’s always nice
to have a sweet, freshly made cream puff on a rainy day!
